MSSP’s Knife Edge Gate Valves are specially designed for tough applications. These valves features a single piece full port cast stainless steel fully lugged body which is very robust in construction to cater to extreme demanding applications and ensure greater flow capacity and minimal pressure drop. Our knife edge gate valves incorporate gates made of stainless steel and other superior alloys are ground with super surface finish on both sides to assure positive shutoff. The machined and highly finished gland pockets ensure a leak proof gland packing and perfect stem seal. MSSP’s high performance knife edge gate valves are available in unidirectional / bi-directional design which provides better value and performance with many standard features which others lack.

Used primarily for regulating flow in a pipeline, MSSP globe valves are the top choice for oil, gas, chemical and hydropower industries because of their smooth operation and tested reliability. Globe valves have a spherical body that is internally separated by a baffle. The opening in the baffle forms the seat in which the disk (plug) is lowered into to close or shut the valve to stop the flow of fluids. The proportional relationship between the disk and the seat enables precision flow regulation. All MSSP globe valves provide leak-proof operation, resistance to harsh chemicals and environments, and extended life under frequent operation.

Safety Valve is a one type of valve that automatically actuates when the pressure of inlet side of the valve increases to a predetermined pressure, to open the valve disc and discharge the fluid ( steam or gas ) ; and when the pressure decreases to the prescribed value, to close the valve disc again. Safety valve is so-called a final safety device which controls the pressure and discharges certain amount of fluid by itself without any electric power support. Safety Valves are mainly installed in chemical plants, electric power boilers, gas storage tanks to prevent the pressure vessel from exploding / damaging.

A butterfly valve is a valve which can be used for isolating or regulating flow. The closing mechanism takes the form of a disk. Operation is similar to that of a ball valve, which allows for quick shut off. Butterfly valves are generally favored because they are lower in cost to other valve designs as well as being lighter in weight, meaning less support is required. The disc is positioned in the center of the pipe, passing through the disc is a rod connected to an actuator on the outside of the valve. Rotating the actuator turns the disc either parallel or perpendicular to the flow. Unlike a ball valve, the disc is always present within the flow, therefore a pressure drop is always induced in the flow, regardless of valve position.

MSSP offers noncorrosive, heavy duty, and high quality PVC float valves. These float valves are made of a high grade NSF rated PVC. These valves utilizes the latest materials for increased performance, reliability, and economy. AYTC’s PVC float valves are the cost effective alternative to stainless steel and the noncorrosive alternative to a brass float valve.

AYTC provides Unions ranging from 1″ to 12″ and can handle pressures up to 15000 psi CWP (cold working pressure). Available with line pipe, butt-weld or socket weld connections, our unions are interchangeable with other name brand manufacturers that adhere to industry standards.

Storz Couplings have an identical locking head with no separate male or female halves and are available with BSP male and female threads, or serrated hose tails for fitting into rubber hose. Blank caps are available for shutting off delivery when not in use. The maximum working pressure for this range of couplings is 16 Bar and they are stocked in aluminum alloy and brass with stainless steel units available upon request.
